GENERAL CONDITIONS
OUR PROGRAMMES INCLUDE:
The hotel accommodation is in standrard room with breakfast. Standartly in Bulgaria the check in is from 14.00 h. and check out is 12.00 h. In case there is a possibility for earlier accommodation in the room Alexander Tour will provide assistance upon request. If the client would like extend it's stay in the hotel he/she must pay to the hotel directly.
All services included in the price are described in each tour. Half borad includes brekfast and llunch or dinner. Full board means brakfast, lunch and dinner.
The meals based in all tours are always 3-course /soup or salad, main dish, desert, bread, mineral water /. The meal is fixed and it is served to the whole group in the same time.
If a client has an allergies or specific diet it is recommended to contact us in advance to specify the menu. If the diet is very specific a supplement may be added.
In case of arrival at he airport after 19:00 the dinner for the first day is not included. Also when the departure flight is at 14:00 or earlier, the lunch on last day is not included.
Full board could be in the restaurants of the hotels or in local restaurants. Alcoholic bevarages and soft drinks are not included in the price.
The transport wil be realized with the following vehicles according to the number of the tourists:
• 2 pax sedan, 6+1 seats, A/C; Skoda Octavia - model 2007
• 3 - 5 pax (minibus), 8 seats, A/C; Opel Vivaro- model 2006
• 6 - 10 pax, 15+1 seats, A/C, Mercedes Sprinter or Peugeot Boxer - model 2006 or similar
• 11 - 14 pax, 20 seats, A/C, Mercedes Sprinter - model 2006 or similar
• 15 - 19 pax, 32+1 seats, A/C, microphone, Man Opalin model 2006 or similar
• 20 - 45+ pax, 45+1 or 52+1 seats, A/C, microphone, MAN model 2006 or similar
For transportation by coach the maximum permited weight of the luggage is 20 kg. per person in one or two suitcases with normal size. Luggage which exceed these standards may be accepted only if the capacity of the luggage department in the coach allows extra luggage.
An escorted English-speaking guide throughout is included in all tours except the economic series.
For individual tourists, the tour is conducted with English-speaking driver.
Porterages at hotels are not included in the package, except the series "All Included". Series "All Included" include porterage - one suitcase per person in two directions-upon check in and check out.

ECONOMIC SERIES
The tour is for all those who want to travel at low prices, including only basic services in the package.
Transfer: one way transfer airport - city center, share base
Guide: English-speaking local guides
Transport: air conditioned vehicles, the driver is also a guide
Hotels: 2-3*, rooms with private shower, breakfast included, all hotels have good communication by public transport to the city center regardless the location;
Enrtys: not included
Meals: not included
STANDARD SERIES
This series is for everyone seeking the best value for money
Transfer: Transfer airport - hotel - airport, excluding assistant in English;
Guide: English-speaking guide throughout the tour / except the transfers from/to the airort/;
Transport: Modern vehicle with air-conditioning, the guide is also a driver;
Hotels: 3 *, including buffet breakfast, hotels with Central location;
Entries: included only the entries indicated with red in the programmes.
Meals: not included
SERIES "All Included"
This series is designed to meet the expectations of most demanding travelers, offering carefully selected accommodation in hotels first class with the best location in the center.
Transfer: Transfer airport - hotel - airport, with assistance in English;
Guide: an expert guide in English throughout the tour;
Transport: Modern vehicles with air-conditioning , the guide is also a driver;
Hotels: 4 * or 5 *, including buffet breakfast, centrally located hotels, porterages included;
Entries: included
Meals: half board, full board additional charge;
Prices are not valid during fairs and congresses.
OUR PROGRAMS DO NOT INCLUDE

Costs of entry or exit visas in Bulgaria.

Airline tickets and insurance.

Tips for guides, drivers, local guides, etc..

Portererages except the series "all included".

Extras of any kind in the hotels - telephones, mini bar etc.

In general it is not included any service or expenditure that is not specified in the relevant program.
SALES PRICES
The prices of the tours are based on official rates for the taxes and fuel cost at time of the publication of the programmes. In case of changes of these rates, prices may be change without prior notification, this changes will not effected only reservations already made.
PAYMENT POLICY
Individual clients / less than 6 persons /
At the time of registration a deposit of 30% of the total amount of travel is required.
The balance is due 10 days before departure date.
Registrations are accepted until 30 days before departure.
We also accept enrollments less than 30 days before departure, but full prepayment (100%)of the price is required.
Groups / more than 6 persons /
At the time of registration a deposit of 30% of the total amount is required.
Registrations are accepted until 40 days before departure date.
The balance is due 30 days before departure date.
We also accept enrollments less than 40 days before departure, but a full payment of 100% of the total amount due is required.
If the groups do not reach the minimum expected number of tourists Alexander Tour may cancel the trip. The clients will be notified at latest 30 days prior to scheduled departure date. Customers enrolled will have the right to receive a full refund of the amount paid by them so far or to realize the trip at another price or date. The customers enrolled have no right to demand for other compensations. Also, Alexander Tour can cancel the trip due to force majeure.
CANCELLATIONS
Cancellation fees are as follows:
Individual clients / less than 6 persons /

Cancellations received between 30 to 10 days before the date of the trip will be charged with cancellation fee of 30% of the total price for the package booked.

Cancellations received between 10 to 7 days before the date of the trip will be charged with cancellation fee of 50% of the total amount for the package booked.

Cancellations received between 7 - 0 days before the date of the trip will be charged with cancellation fee of 100% of the total amount of trhe package booked.
Groups / more than 6 persons /

Cancellations received between 40 to 30 days before the date of the trip will be charged with cancellation fee of 30% of the total price for the package booked.

Cancellations received between 30 to 14 days before the date of the trip will be charged with cancellation fee of 50% of the total amount for the package booked.

Cancellations received between 14 - 0 days before the date of the trip will be charged with cancellation fee of 100% of the total amount of trhe package booked.

REFUND
Any tax for service that the client did not use by his fault is non-refundable.
Non-refundable are also services which had been used by the customer but subsequently evaluated as not good enough. In case of receiving services which the customer evaluate as unsatisfactory the customer must notify the guide or the representative of the agency immidiatelly. If a difference between offered and received services is recorded in a protocol and the agency cannot solve the problem on spot, then the customer must submit a written complaint within 7 days after the final date of services in order to receive a compensation.
VISAS AND PERSONAL ISSUES
In case the customer is being rejected by an authority to grant a visa or if passport problems occurred Alexander Tour reject responsibility. All expenditure concerning the above-mentioned obstacles will be on the account of the customer and the standard conditions for cancellation in these circumstances will be applied.
